I was there with my father, there was an endless queue that didn't move, they only had one guy to help at the ATM and it was very slow, every month now, we get there at 8am and leave at 2pm: 00 in the afternoon, that's when it's answered. A total disregard for the elderly who stand in line until the early hours in the sun and rain and no one does anything.

Bad. To be a private bank, service has to improve by 80%. And quality service training for all employees would be good.

Branch with few self-service terminals. Huge queue at the conventional cashier. Management unwilling to respond.

Horrible service, for a private bank the service is terrible, people have no enthusiasm for work.
